Healthier Thanksgiving

Hey there turkey lovers! Neuro would never ask you to go hungry.  We only suggest a healthier holiday….Take these tips into account and your Thanksgiving can be guilt-free and one hundred percent thankful.

  • Don’t come to the table hungry. So many Americans starve themselves all day to gorge themselves at dinner. Instead, snack wisely throughout the day and drink NeuroTrim to ward off cravings and give you the feeling of being satisfied with less food.
  • Skip the skin. Opting for a skinless piece of turkey helps carve away fat and cholesterol.
  • Sample Small. You can eat everything offered at the Thanksgiving table, just make sure you take small portions of each.
  • Cut calories in cooking. Look for recipes that offer low fat and low calorie alternatives. For example, find a mashed potato recipe that calls for chicken broth instead of cream. Plenty of these abound on the internet.
