Motivate Yourself!

The hardest thing about sticking to new year’s resolutions is getting motivated enough to succeed! Motivation is tricky — one day you are gung-ho and the next you can’t get off the couch! try these tips to keep motivation at a high level and accomplish everything you want to!

Make yourself accountable. By telling a friend or making a public statement, you make your goals more difficult to renege on.

Focus on the next 5 minutes. Instead of thinking how hard it will be to reach a final goal, focus on the next 5 minutes, which is all you need to start doing something differently. NeuroSonic is a perfect motivator – it actually helps you focus!

Get specific about why you want what you want.  Get to the root of what you really want in life, record the reasons and listen to the tape when motivation lags.
