Inhale and Exhale

The hustle and bustle of work, school, family, friends and everything else in your life can be very stressful and leave your mind racing. A great way to slow things down and relax is mediation. -       Start by sitting for a short time, but make it quality time.

-       Your back should be straight for meditation. Sit upright in a chair, kneel astride a cushion or sit cross-legged.

-       Wear comfortable clothing.

-       Your head should be up and your eyes half-closed.

-       Your hands should be brought together in front, with your right hand cupping the left and your thumbs just touching, forming an oval.

-       Clear your mind by counting each breath on your inhalation.
