Squats using Swiss ball. Place Swiss ball against a wall and lean your back against the ball and squat down. The ball should move up and down with your body.
Crunch on the Swiss ball. Doing crunches on the Swiss ball helps isolate the abs without causing stress on the back.
Dumbbell Chest Press using Swiss ball. Lay down on the ball so your back is touching the ball, and your chest is pointing to the ceiling. Grab 2 dumbbells and do chest presses while balancing your back on the ball.
