The largest parade west of the Mississippi was too big an event for Neuro not to be a part of this week in San Diego! And whoso says good libations have to consist of alcohol? NeuroGasm proved that parade-goers could drink up some good health as well as have fun without downing Irish whiskey and (so last decade) green beer! Over 150 floats and marching bands took to the streets leading to a festival filled with entertainment on 2 stages, Irish folk singers, clowns, representatives from Ireland, antique cars, games, activities and more. The theme of this year’s Parade was “Unity with the Community, with special thanks to our Military and Veterans.” A Celtic Village kept festival-goers busy while a Kids Zone , complete with rides, kept wee Irish lads and lasses happy. The reigning Miss Colleen, San Diego’s current Smiling Irishman and lots of Neuro Drinks were on hand to keep Irish eyes smiling throughout the day!
