Everyone wants to go out tonight and let off some steam because, hey, its’ St. Patrick’s Day. But it’s wise to exercise some caution when planning nighttime activities. Follow these tips:

  • Arrange in advance a safe way to get home for you and your friends. Select a designated driver, arrange for a cab, plot a bus route, or figure out a nearby place you can crash for the night.
  • Eat. Drinking on an empty stomach is a good way to end your St. Paddy’s Day a lot earlier than planned. Get some nutrients to help absorb that alcohol.
  • Stay hydrated. Getting enough water will also help keep the party going and decrease the likelihood of a hangover. NeuroAqua is especially good as it is high in magnesium with a high pH level. All Neuro Drinks will provide healthy hydration during drinking bouts as well as other nutrients that will provide wellness while maintaining a buzz.
  • Don’t drink and drive. In the eyes of the law, impaired driving is drunk driving, and even if you feel fine, a breathalyzer might not concur. With all the checkpoints on the roads, it’s best to play it safe.
  • Be extra cautious on the roads. Just because you’re a safe and sober driver doesn’t mean other people are. A disproportionate of traffic accidents on St. Patrick’s Day are caused by people driving under the influence. Keep your awareness levels high.
  • Red is the new Green. Change it up this year and drink Neuro. NeuroGasm is a great way to join in the party…and remember it the day after! NeuroGasm gets blood flowing, so if whiskey makes you frisky, try turning on the passion with NeuroGasm this year. And see how “lucky” you get!
