Congratulations to the Neuro team for a great run at the 2009 Manhattan Beach 6 Man tournament. The Neuro Team faced some tough competition and was able to make it to 8th place overall out of around 80 teams.

The Neuro Team combined designer Neuro swimsuits with Native American costumes as they served, blocked and spiked their way through the tournament. Check out some action shots from their games on Saturday.

The volleyball and partying continued throughout the entire weekend. There are varying estimates of how many people actually showed up over the weekend. The lowest being around 10,000 and the highest being around 50,000. There were 187 teams split almost equally between guys and girls. The sun was shining, the alcohol was flowing and everyone came out to have a good time. On Saturday the volleyball was more fun as the party teams were eliminated. Sunday was more serious volleyball but still a lot of fun. Neuro and the Neuro Team were both a big hit!

To truly get in the spirit of the tournament, many of the teams dressed up in funny (and sexy) costumes. Half the teams there were more interested in crazy costumes and partying then volleyball but that helped keep everything exciting throughout the whole weekend. Some of the best of the girls costumes included a tomb raider team complete with plastic guns and bullet belts, a star trek team and a long sock team with indescribably colorful costumes. The funniest of the guys teams were a water polo team in speedos and caps, a grandma team in dresses, an oompa loompa team and a tuxedo team.

Neuro was a big hit while helping everyone rehydrate and focus to make it through the long days of volleyball and partying.

The House had a full beach volleyball court and a group of the AVP stars came by to play for a while. Dallas Cowboys Quaterback Tony Romo stopped by and enjoyed a few Neuro Sonics.

After a couple of Neuro Gasms and a few cocktails the volleyball players got a little crazy and started doing backflips off the roof into the pool.

It finally started to warm up in LA andit felt like summer. A lot of bikini babes and models were showing off their beach bodies and working on their tans. The biggest hit of the party was Neuro Trim. Guests were very curious about how it worked and all really liked the flavor. The AVP volleyball players were all very intersted in the Neuro Sonic and the Neuro Sporti to help them focus before playing and to replenish afterwards.
